Aglaostigma aucupariae (type of sawfly)

I believe this to be a Aglaostigma aucupariae.

Description
This sawfly has a bright orange band across the middle of its abdomen.
Habitat
We have found this species a lot on the leaves of Garlic Mustard (Alliaria petiolata) around the end of March.
When to see it
It is on the wing early in the year.
